Steps:
1] Run > regedit
2] go to 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify'
3] delete 'WgaLogon' Key..

Done.. no more WGA notification
